Service Description:
Drawing from the traditions of Halloween, All Souls, and the Day of the Dead, we will do what our human family has done for countless generations: remember our ancestors and how our loved ones continue to live within our hearts. We are always connected to them. You will be invited to light a tea light and share with us about someone you love. Similar remembrance rituals will be held in UU congregations throughout the UUA.
Speaker Bio:
Rev. Jim Robinson was ordained into the UU Ministry in 1978 and has served UU congregations in Concord, MA; Brewster, MA; London, UK; and Sharon, MA. He is now retired and an active member of our UU congregation in Foxborough, MA.
NOTE: This service will meet in person and also be broadcast on Zoom. Facemasks are currently optional in the First Parish Stoughton building. For the health of all in our community, please attend online if you are ill.
