General Operations Committee
The General Operations Committee comprises several major committees that keep things going at First Parish.
Building & Grounds
The Building & Grounds Committee manages internal and external maintenance. They coordinate workdays at least twice each year where all members of the First Parish community are invited to come and help with projects from painting to gardening to small repairs.

The Finance Committee monitors the First Parish budget, including income, expenditures, grant applications, payroll, and other financial issues.

The Investment Committee manages First Parish’s investments and makes decisions about planning for our future.
Committee Members: Bruce Ferguson, George Hansen, Jess Miner
The Fundraising Committee coordinates multiple fundraisers and other events throughout the year. These include: the Holiday Fair (early November); Chocolate Auction (February); Bola (April); Spring Fair (June); and Brewfest (July).
