Service Description:

Building a New Way – Laura Wagner

Description: How do we create justice? What does it mean to be a good ally? At UU Mass Action we center the leadership of those who are directly impacted by injustice and work within coalitions to build the power needed for systemic change in our Commonwealth. Join us to learn about what’s happening and how you can get involved.

Bio: Laura Wagner, MSW, is the Executive Director of UU Mass Action which is the State Action Network for Unitarian Universalists in Massachusetts. Her role is to organize and mobilize UUs to confront injustice and to provide opportunities for us to live our values and principles.

Laura Wagner has been a Unitarian Universalist for more than 25 years. During this time, she has held many lay leader positions but her primary focus has always been social justice.

And, a new update is that in answering the call to UU the vote, Laura was elected to the Marlborough City Council in 2019!
