Sunday, October 9, 2022, 10:30 AM – “Discovering America Again”— Rev. Dr. Clyde Grubbs
Indigenous Peoples Day is celebrated by more and more Unitarian Universalist congregations. With this service we are host congregation to our sister congregations in the Five Points Cluster. The Western Hemisphere was “discovered” by Europeans as a get-rich colonial project. The original people of these lands have survived and have a story to tell. Let us rediscover America again, and this time let it be life giving.
