Service Description:

“Healing in The Midst of Suffering” – Lauri Klein
Description: In these difficult times it is hard to feel centered and peaceful, to find ease and rest. Lauri will explore some ways to navigate the impatience frustration and fear that accompanies being human and in particular under the present challenging conditions. Loneliness and isolation exacerbate what is already hard. Perhaps this can be an opportunity to do some of the work of healing that we all need no matter who we are.

Bio: Lauri Klein is a clinical social worker with a private practice in Hingham Massachusetts. She has over 40 years of experience as a therapist and Teacher. Lauri Teaches Mindfulness-based programs for stress, Chronic illness, depression and anxiety. She is committed to helping people to have more compassion for themselves and others and to alleviate suffering for as many beings as possible. She lives in Scituate, MA where she is a member of First Parish UU.
